Very Pleasantly Surprised
General information: I was very pleasantly surprised with this property. From the very pleasant and helpful front desk person to the cleanliness of the room to the above-average biscuits and gravy breakfast, I give them a "10" in every area. My wife could tell you that I am a very critical person, able to find fault with almost anything, but try though I did I could not muster up a single complaint. Would definitely stay here again. Location and surroundings: Very convenient to the Interstate, a shopping center and K-Mart within walkable distance, plenty of restaurants, fast food and otherwise nearby. Service: Very helpful check-in agent. Perfect personality for a thankless job. Dining: Biscuits and gravy for breakfast was a nice touch, and the quality was above average. Room: Nice flat-screen TV, plenty of cable channels. Comfortable bed, very effective cooling unit. Useful tips: A bit hard to reach, could use a few more directional signs. But be diligent, this is a very nice hotel, especially in the lower price category.

The customer service from Amanda was really good.
Our room was dirty upon arrival with bugs crawling on the walls. There was also a strange odor in the bathroom, made it uncomfortable. The hotel felt outdated and ill-maintained, leaving us very disappointed .
